Baylor Scott & White will expand its new Frisco hospital with a $49 million medical office building and a five-level parking garage, according to planning documents filed with the state.
The 408,675-square-foot building and garage, located at the northeast corner of Frisco Street and Everwell Drive, will join the nearly 340,000-square-foot, $285 million facility already under construction near the Omni PGA Frisco Resort and the future site of a new Universal Parks & Resorts theme park. Both projects by the state’s largest nonprofit hospital system are expected to be completed by May 2025.
IES has a Site Medical Director opportunity at the new Baylor Scott & White Hospital located in North Frisco. This hospital is currently under construction with an anticipated opening date in July 2025. The hospital will serve the growing population of North Frisco and is located near the Onmi PGA Resort and site of the future Universal theme park.

Required Qualifications
The position of “Medical Director” (the “Director”) is created to provide on-site management of the clinical and administrative aspects of the emergency department (the “Emergency Department”) operations at a facility at which the Employer contracts to provide medical services (the “Hospital”). The Director’s responsibilities include coordinating departmental operations, peer review activities, and serving as the “Emergency Medical Director” at the Hospital.
