Southwestern Medical Center is a Joint Commission-accredited full-service hospital with 199 beds, including a 59-bed Med/Surg Unit and an 8-bed ICU that provides 24-hour emergency services. The physician staff of 150 provides care in 31 medical specialties, including comprehensive surgical services, Cardiopulmonary, Rehabilitation, and Women’s Health Services. Southwestern Regional Cancer Center was the first cancer program in southwest Oklahoma and the first to be accredited by the Commission on Cancer.

Anesthesia Services:
- CRNAs work independently and provide services in General Anesthesia
- General Anesthesia call duties 1:6
- Total 2023 cases 5500; GI 3000; OB 400; Ophthalmology 1200.
- Extensive regional opportunities: lower and upper extremity peripheral nerve blocks; ultrasound-guided truncal blocks, Spinals and TAP blocks.

- CARF-accredited inpatient rehabilitation unit
