Our dedicated human resources team supports clinicians through life events by performing verification of employment, insurance verifications, benefits, enrollment assistance, retirement account changes, payroll deduction assistance, team member assistance programs, and benefits/claims explanations. In addition, we perform onboarding, payroll adjudication, compliance training, and performance management under one software system while maintaining team member data integrity.

Recruiting & Retention
Our healthcare recruitment team has decades of experience successfully recruiting and retaining providers. Recruiters plan, coordinate and drive the sourcing, recruiting, and hiring process for Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers across multiple service lines. Our team collaborates with our hospital partners and client groups on clinician recruitment strategies and hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate and client experience.
Credentialing & Enrollment
The credentialing team ensures that the clinicians contracted with our participating groups meet all requirements necessary to obtain privileges at the hospital facilities we service and maintain credentialing standards for continued participation. In addition, our team conducts primary source verification of licensure and work history and ensures applicable licensure remains current throughout employment. We also collaborate with hospital medical staff offices and central verification offices to secure privileges for our clinicians. The enrollment team submits clinician enrollment applications for all government and commercial plans. In addition, the team handles new group and clinician enrollments, re-validations, and re-enrollments for all contracted payors. IES works quickly to ensure clinicians are enrolled within the payer timelines, so there are no impacts on cash flow.
