- 24 total hours of APP coverage daily:
- 12 hours/day in the Emergency Department
- 12 hours/day in the CDU
- 15-bed Observation Unit
- Chest Pain Center
Compensation and Benefits:
- Excellent W-2 compensation averaging approximately $240–$250/hour
- Physician Productivity Pay Pool Model: 90% of compensation is earned through the productivity pay pool, with distribution based on individual RVU productivity. The remaining 10% is tied to QSP metrics met.
