Integrative Emergency Services (IES) is now hiring Board Certified (ABEM/AOBEM) Emergency Medicine (EM) physicians and nocturnists to join the team in the ED at AdventHealth Port Charlotte.
Emergency Department:
- Volume: 30,400
- ED Beds: 34
- Admission Rate: 25%
- Transfer Rate: 2%; largely trauma, Neurosurgery and Pediatrics
- Patients/Hour: 2.2
- Physician Coverage [27hrs]: 6a-3p, 12p-12a, 1p-10p, 9p-6a*
- APP Coverage [12hrs]: M-F 10a-10p, 3-MID; Sat-Sun 10a-10p, 3p-1a
- EHR: Epic
- Pay Model:
- 1099 $300/hr flat [limited availability], no shift bonuses
- W2/1099 RVU, avg $260+/hr, offering unlimited earning potential for productivity-driven providers, PLUS night shift bonus

Required Qualifications
- BE/BC Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM)
- Florida license, and DEA
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS & PALS

Eligible on first clinical shift for full-time W2 positions (full-time is an avg of 120hrs/month)
