Position: Full Time, Part-time, PRN
Integrative Emergency Services (IES) is seeking experienced Emergency Medicine Physicians and Emergency Medicine Nocturnists to join our team at HCA Florida Alico Emergency, a modern Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) serving the rapidly growing Fort Myers community.
We are seeking physicians who are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM). We will also consider Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with significant Emergency Department experience. Urgent Care experience alone does not meet the qualifications for this position.

Facility & Coverage Details:
Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED)
Avg Daily Volume: Approx. 20 patients per day
Physician Coverage: 24 hours [7a-7p, 7p-7a]
EMR: Meditech
Sign-on Bonus: For full-time physicians (W-2 or 1099)
Full-Time Commitment: 144 hours/month (12 shifts)
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM) preferred.
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with substantial Emergency Department experience will also be considered.
- Urgent Care experience alone does not meet the qualifications for this position.
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications are required.
