Exceptional Emergency Medicine | Nocturnist Physician | Academic Setting | Clinical Faculty

The Department of Emergency Medicine at Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center (BAS) is seeking a Nocturnist Clinical Faculty physician to join their team. BAS is a 525-bed medical facility located near Downtown Fort Worth that offers the convenience and personal attention of a local hospital with the respected medical staff and advanced medical technology you’d expect from a regional health care system. Additionally, the Medical Center is institutionally accredited by the ACGME and home to a 3-year Emergency Medicine residency program.

This position is a Full-time Clinical Faculty with Academic appointment at the TCU School of Medicine.

Emergency Department:

  • 30% admission rate
  • 1.8 patients per hour
  • 55, 874 annual volume
  • 38-bed ED
  • Level III trauma center
  • Chest Pain Center / Stroke Center
  • OB services available
  • Lab/Cath Lab available
  • EPIC EMR
  • AI Scribe service - Abridge

Coverage:

  • Physician Shift Coverage: 48 hours of physician coverage daily on average
  • Overnight shifts - 10p - 6a & 11p - 7a
  • APP coverage in the Fast Track and Main ED

Required Qualifications

  • Candidate must be board certified or board eligible (BC/BE) in emergency medicine (ABEM/ABOEM) and completion of an accredited residency program in emergency medicine.
  • Demonstrated interest and aptitude for residency education in emergency medicine.
