• Must have a minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department practice experience as a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, post-graduation to be considered.  
• Practice experience in a similar environment or fast-paced setting is preferred.
• Ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience or demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
• Willing to work varied shift rotation and overnight shifts.
• Texas Medical License and DEA certification.

• Provides administrative supervision of the APP staff 
• Oversees and manages coverage schedules for the APP staff 
• Conduct annual performance reviews 
• Conducts regular team meetings and attends weekly leadership meetings 
• Promotes continued education amongst the APP team 
• Performs other duties as assigned
